What's NEW - could be YOU!

Daily Rentals:     

  • If you are interested in selling for one day, then our daily rental is the choice for you.  No advance reservations are required.

  • Daily rentals . . . $22 to $50, per space, Cash Only.

  • The Main Gate opens Saturday and Sunday mornings at 5:30am for vendors to come in and set up.

  • Please note, if you or anyone in your party arrives after 7:00am you will be charged the $3.00 parking fee in addition to your space rent.

  • Be sure to bring a copy of your seller's permit with you.    Do I Need Seller's Permit?  If you are required to have a Seller's Permit, you can print out the application to apply for one by clicking here.

  • If you are not required to have a Seller's Permit, you will be required to fill out a "temporary" permit when you arrive.  It's easy, we will show you how. 

  • When you check-in at the booth, you will have two choices.  If you would like to be parked in the “next available space”, your daily seller's rate is $22 per space.  If you decide you would like to choose your own space or a specific area from those available, you will be required to pay the “pick” price of $45 per space.  If you request a space with electricity, the rate is $50 per space.

  • We allow vehicles to be kept in most outdoor spaces if they fit entirely within the space.  Vehicles with trailers must purchase enough space for both the vehicle and trailer to fit entirely.  Trailers will not remain in the selling yard without the towing vehicle. 

  • You may choose to off-load your merchandise and park out in our Vendor Parking Lot, however, vehicles will ONLY be permitted to re-enter the selling area at closing when we open the yard later in the day.  If you are planning to park your vehicle in Vendor Parking please plan to off load your merchandise immediately, so we can escort your vehicle out of the selling area. This will ease congestion in the aisles.  Vendor Parking is the only authorized parking area for Vendor vehicles. Our complimentary shuttle can return you to the selling area.

  • If someone is helping you bring in merchandise, please note, all additional off-load vehicles must enter with the initial vehicle or vendor at time of ticket purchase. 

  • Any vehicle movement inside sales area during public hours requires an escort by Denio's staff.

  • All vehicles left in the yard should plan on staying throughout the selling day.

  • Daily vendors have no overnight privileges, all product, display, signage or debris must be removed at the close of business each day.

Weekend Reservations:

  • If you would like to choose your own space in advance, reserve it to sell both Saturday and Sunday, have early Friday set-up, and  the freedom to leave your merchandise on the grounds overnight, then a weekend reservation is the option for you.

  • Weekend reservations range from $44 to $94, per space for the entire weekend (Saturday & Sunday), Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card Only Ask us about Free Fridays!

  • Weekend vendors will be charged $5 per space for the entire weekend for electrical service, providing it is available, and is essential for the your business.

  • Come to our Rental Office on the Friday of the weekend you wish to sell.  Reservations are sold between 7:30am and 4:30pm. We encourage you to come early. We will drive you around the grounds to show you available space that may suit you.

  • Remember to bring with you, your Seller’s Permit, and your driver’s license to make the reservation.

  • If you are not required to have a Seller's Permit, you will be required to fill out a "temporary" permit when you arrive.  It's easy, we will show you how. 

  • After choosing a space and completing your reservation you may begin setting up your space on Friday (set up times vary by selling area)...so bring your merchandise with you!  The yard must be vacated by 4:30pm. 

  • The Main Gate opens Saturday and Sunday mornings at 5:30am for vendors to come in and set up.

  • Please note, if you or anyone in your party arrives after 7:00am you will be charged the $3.00 parking fee.

  • Reserved spaces are expected to be open Saturday and Sunday at 7:00am to the public.  Reservations will be considered a "no-show" if spaces remain empty.  These spaces can be sold.

  • Reservation Renewal - If you decide you would like to keep the space for the following weekend, it’s simple.  Just pay for the space before 5:00pm on Sunday. If you have paid for the following weekend, you can leave your merchandise in the space through the week; however, please be aware that all merchandise left overnight or throughout the week is left at your own risk. Denio's assumes no responsibility or liability for your merchandise or property left on the premises.

  • No merchandise may be left in a space without a reservation renewal.  Weekly reservations expire every Sunday night. If a renewal payment is made any time after the Sunday closing and your items have been left in your space, a late fee will be charged.   All fees, storage and/or removal costs, will be charged to your account.

  • If you decide you would like to find another space in the market, vacate your current space by Sunday closing and we can meet again the following Friday and find a new one!

Friday Outdoor Market :

  • Friday Outdoor Market . . . $10.00 per space,  Cash Only.

  • Our Friday market is about 1/3 the size of our Saturday & Sunday market, and the buyers are always ready to make a deal.

  • The Main Gate opens at 6:30am for vendors and 8:00am for customers.

  • Be sure to bring a copy of your Seller’s Permit with you.

  • Pick any available space in the Friday area and our personnel will come around and collect $10 from you, keep the receipt.

  • If you would like to keep your Friday space for the weekend, come to the Rental Office at 2:00pm on Friday to make your weekend reservation for Saturday and Sunday. Bring your receipt with you.  Reservation rates for the weekend vary by location.

  • Ask us about Free Fridays!

  • Vendors who are currently reserved are welcome to sell on Friday at no additional cost, just bring your current License Agreement with you.  We will be happy to assist you.

General Rules Governing the Selling Area :

  • Vendor Hours -

  • Friday 6:30am to 4:30pm

  • Saturday & Sunday 5:30am to one hour after public closing

  • Public Hours -

  • Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm

  • Saturday & Sunday 7:00am to 5:00pm  (All Vendors must be open at 7:00am)

  • Signage & Flyers - If you have banners or signage for your business you are welcome to bring them.  Any freestanding signage must be within your space boundaries.  Safety is our first concern, properly securing signage is a must.  We'll be glad to provide guidelines.  Vendors providing flyers to entice business must do so from within the space boundaries.  Flyers may NOT be placed on cars in our parking lots. 

  • Space Boundaries - All spaces are clearly defined.  Space size is approximately 18x20.  Vendors must ensure that all merchandise remains within the boundaries of vendor’s spaces to allow clear ingress and egress by customers.

  • Safety & Sanitation - Denio's, with the help of the vendors, works diligently to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment for your customers.  Vendors are responsible for continuous cleanup and sweeping, out to and including the middle of the aisle, both in the front and back of spaces.  It is imperative that walkways and pathways be clear of trash, debris and boxes as well as excess merchandise at all times.

  • Trash - On a daily basis, all vendors are expected to remove all of their trash, debris, broken product, all packing material, strapping, cardboard, foam peanuts. boxes and newspaper from the premises.   Denio's does not collect nor provide disposal services for the vendors. Take it with you. Remember - what you pack in, you pack out!  Trash removal is a costly venture. Enforcing trash removal policies may result in fines, billing accounts, or exclusion from selling at Denio’s.  Trash cans are strictly for the use of customers, not vendors.

  • Sun Shelters - Regardless of weather conditions, canopy material must be a perforated, mesh material (allowing airflow).  No exceptions.  “Pop-ups” with solid tarps are not acceptable.  Each leg must have appropriate weight attached at all times to prevent any movement whatsoever.  Solid tarps, bed sheets, fabrics, blankets, or umbrellas secured or unsecured, are not allowed. You will be held liable for any mishaps that may occur.  These requirements are in place for your safety and the safety of your customers.  The use of improper material or weights will result in a warning and immediate removal of the material/weights.  The lack of leg weights may result in a warning or require immediate removal of the sun shelter.  A second warning may result in the immediate dismissal from Denio’s premises.  Under severe weather conditions, including high winds or other adverse conditions deemed to be a safety hazard by Denio's management, you may be instructed to immediately remove any shelter regardless of material or structure.

  • Limits to what you can sell - Our License Agreement covers most items that you can’t sell and covers the limits on what can be done.  Below we have listed a quick reference of items and services we do not allow.  This list is provided as a guide only and is not meant as all-inclusive.  We reserve the right to request removal of any item(s) or the discontinuance of any service we deem inappropriate for our market.  No selling of guns, ammunition or weaponry, knives (requires prior written approval), material of a sexual nature of any kind, or offensive or inappropriate merchandise, animals (requires prior written approval), counterfeit merchandise, drug-related paraphernalia, prepared food, beverages of any kind (including alcohol and water). Games of chance, skill, or raffles, physical contact or touching of any kind, (i.e., applying temporary tattoos, body piercing, palm reading, salon services) or any other personal contact. Open flames, use of megaphones or amplifying equipment to advertise sales, advertising outside of your designated space(s), selling or giving away pets, or the playing of loud music, is prohibited.   • Alcohol may not be brought onto our premises.
